研究目的：

本研究通过前瞻性、随机对照临床研究，比较免气腹LC和气腹 LC之间术中及术后统计学指标差异，探讨手术方式对于患者的影响、以及免气腹腹腔镜胆囊切除术的可行性、安全性、优势及不足。

Objectives of Study：

By this RCT studies, we compared the gasless LC andpneumoperitoneum LC with the intraoperative data andpostoperative data. And we explore the advantages anddisadvantages of gasless LC andfeasibility andsafe of it.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)有严重基础疾病，无法耐受手术级麻醉或有明确手术禁忌征者;2)拒绝接受腹腔镜手术者;3)妊娠妇女;4)年龄小于18岁或大于70岁者;5)胆囊恶性疾病;6)合并肝内外胆管结石; 7)合并急性胆管炎；8)BMI＞30Kg/m2;9)有上腹部手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With underlying diseases who can not tolerate an operation or have absolute contraindication to surgery;
2. Refusal of choosing laparoscopic surgery;
3. pregnancy;
4. Age<18 or >70;
5. Malignant gallbladder disease;
6. Intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile duct stone;
7. Acute cholangitis;
8. BMI>30Kg/m2;
9. history of upper abdominal surgery.
