研究目的：

驱动压指导个体化滴定PEEP应用于机器人辅助前列腺癌根治术患者可以改善术中呼吸力学状态和气体交换、降低潜在的呼吸机相关肺损伤风险、减少患者术后肺部并发症的发生，充分发挥PEEP的肺保护作用，为临床工作做出指导。  

Objectives of Study：

The application of driving pressure guidance individualized titration PEEP robot assisted radical prostatectomy can improve respiratory mechanical state and gas exchange, reduce the risk of potential ventilator-associated lung injury, reduce the occurrence of postoperative pulmonary complications, give full play to the role of PEEP lung protection, and provide guidance for clinical work.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.拒绝参与实验，不签知情同意书者；
2.合并严重的呼吸系统并发症或严重肺功能不全，包括困难气道、哮喘、胸廓疾病、肺部限制性和阻塞性疾病、胸廓及脊柱畸形患者；
3.合并严重的心血管系统并发症，包括先天性心脏病、严重心率失常、冠心病、心梗、心衰、心肌病等；
4.患有脑血管病、颅脑肿瘤、颅脑外伤等疾病，包括垂体瘤、脑出血、脑梗死等；
5.患有精神类疾病如神经分裂症、抑郁症、长期失眠等，或长期服用精神类药物；
6.曾接受过胸科或神经外科的手术或近6个月接受过外科手术；
7.术中使用的通气策略无法维持患者氧合者（SpO2<94%或PaO2<70mmHg）；
8.术中使用的通气策略导致患者严重的低血压，且补液和血管活性药物难以维持（动脉收缩压<90mmHg或平均动脉压<50mmHg）；
9.术中气道峰压持续高于40cmH2O；
10.术中发生因机械通气策略而导致的严重并发症（如气胸）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Refused to participate in the experiment and did not sign informed consent;
2. patients with severe respiratory complications or severe pulmonary insufficiency, including difficult airways, asthma, thoracic diseases, pulmonary restrictive and obstructive diseases, thoracic and spinal deformities;
3. with severe cardiovascular complications, including congenital heart disease, severe arrhythmia, coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction, heart failure, cardiomyopathy, etc;
4. suffering from cerebrovascular disease, craniocerebral tumor, craniocerebral trauma and other diseases, including pituitary adenoma, cerebral hemorrhage, cerebral infarction and so on;
5. suffering from mental disorders such as nervous disorders, depression, long-term insomnia, or long-term use of psychotropic drugs;
6. have undergone thoracic or neurosurgery or have undergone surgery in the last six months;
7. the ventilation strategy used during surgery can not maintain oxygenation in patients (SpO2 < 94% or 70 mmHg);
8. ventilation strategies used during surgery result in severe hypotension and difficult maintenance of fluid rehydration and vasoactive drugs (arterial systolic blood pressure <90 mmHg or mean arterial pressure <50 mmHg);
9. peak airway pressure was higher than 40 cmH2O; during operation;
10. Severe complications during surgery due to mechanical ventilation strategies (e.g. pneumothorax).
