探讨甲苯磺酸瑞玛唑仑是否对术后认知功能产生影响及其剂量效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore whether remazolam tosylate has an effect on postoperative cognitive function and its dose effect.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、存在精神心理疾病、肝肾功能障碍以及脑血管意外史的患者；
2、服用安定、抗焦虑等精神类药物，酗酒或滥用药物的患者；
3、有心脏或颅脑手术史；
4、存在语言交流、视力或听力障碍的患者；
5、对苯二氮?类药物、阿片类药物、利多卡因及其药物组分过敏或有禁忌者者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of mental illness, liver and kidney dysfunction, and cerebrovascular accident;
2. Patients who take psychiatric drugs such as Valium, anti-anxiety, alcoholism or drug abuse;
3. Have a history of heart or brain surgery;
4. Patients with language communication, vision or hearing impairment;
5. Those who are allergic or contraindicated to benzodiazepines, opioids, lidocaine and their drug components.
