研究目的：

评价运动干预对社区衰弱老年人运动认知与行为、衰弱及身体、心理、社会综合结局的即时和持续效果。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the immediate and persistent effects of physical activity and exercise interventions on exercise cognition and adherence, frailty, physical, mental and social functioning among (pre)frail community-dwelling older adults.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）重度认知功能障碍者，采用简易认知状态量表进行排除；
（2）严重视听障碍；
（3）不能独立行走；
（4）运动禁忌症者，含各种疾病的急性阶段、病情严重或病后处于未控制阶段（如高血压、糖尿病未控制）、可引发严重后果的心血管疾病（如未控制的心律失常、主动脉狭窄、夹层动脉瘤）；
（5）参与其他干预研究。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Older adults with severe cognitive impairment as determined by the Short Portable Mental Status Questionnaire;
(2) older adults with severe visual or hearing problems;
(3) people unable to walk independently;
(4) people with contraindications to exercise, such as those who had poorly controlled hypertension and diabetes mellitus;
(5) people currently participating in any other intervention programme.
