研究目的：

应用海德堡OCT检查定量测量合并斜视和不合并斜视的单眼弱视儿童接受正规弱视治疗（屈光矫正联合遮盖治疗）的旁中心注视位点，探究其注视能力特征以及变化，观察弱视治疗对黄斑注视能力的影响和意义。  

Objectives of Study：

Recently, Jin et al reported that it is available to quantitatively measure eccentric fixation in strabismic amblyopic children by using OCT scanning. In this study, the characteristics of amblyopic fixation is to be investigated through OCT scanning as well as potential changes through refractive correction and patching.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

除外近视性弱视、既往眼部手术史儿童、眼部器质性疾病和全身系统性疾病儿童。

Exclusion criteria：

Myopic amblyopia, or children with eye surgery before; other eye diseases or systemic disorders.
