研究目的：

验证多感觉互作镜像疗法对脑卒中后上肢功能恢复的积极作用及对运动执行、准备网络的调制、重塑作用和机制，为上肢功能康复提供新理论和思路。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of multi-sensory interaction based mirror therapy on upper limb rehabilitation, modulation and plasticity of motor preparation network and related mechanism after stroke, which aim to provide original theory.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 正在接受其他非侵入式脑刺激干预的患者，例如经颅磁刺激（Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation，TMS）、经颅直流电刺激（transcranial Direct-Current Stimulation, tDCS）；
2. 依从性不佳者；
3. 合并其他严重内科疾病（如心衰、呼衰、肾功能不全、不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者）;
4. 合并任何急、慢性感染者（如肺结核、颅内感染等）;
5. 合并妊娠；
6. 同期参加其他临床试验者；
7. 初中文化程度以下者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients receiving other non-invasive brain stimulation therapy including TMS, tDCS;
2. can not complete the treatment protocol, poor compliance;
3. a history of epilepsy, cerebral hemorrhage and serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ function failure and uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications been fail controlled;
4. concomitant with any acute or chronic infection, like tuberculosis, intracranial infection;
5. pregnancy;
6. involving in other clinical studies;
7. with junior high school education or below.
