研究目的:

本研究为前瞻性、随机对照,优效性检验临床试验。符合入选的脑卒中偏瘫患者在进行下肢功能障碍康复训练时被随机分配到试验组(下肢外骨骼康复训练机器人训练与常规步行训练治疗)或对照组(常规步行训练治疗),以评价外骨骼机器人的临床康复治疗效果,从而为实现临床推广应用和取得经济、社会效益提供依据。  

Objectives of Study:

This is a prospective, randomized controlled clinical trial. The stroke hemiplegic patients were randomly assigned to the experimental group (lower limb exoskeleton rehabilitation robot training and conventional walking training treatment) or the control group (conventional walking training treatment) to evaluate the clinical rehabilitation effect of exoskeleton robot, so as to provide basis for the clinical application and obtain economic and social benefits .

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)关节活动范围严重受限,限制步行动作;
(2)骨折未完全愈合;
(3)严重骨质疏松;
(4)下肢和机器人穿戴部位皮肤损伤或感染;
(5)不稳定型心绞痛,严重心律失常等心脏疾病;
(6)严重慢性阻塞性肺疾病;
(7)未经治疗的深静脉血栓;
(8)妊娠或哺乳期女性;
(9)研究者判断患者依从性差,无法按照要求完成研究;
(10)其它可能影响步行训练的禁忌证或并发症。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) There are three main problems: the range of motion of joints is severely limited, and walking movement is restricted;
(2) fracture is not completely healed;
(3) severe osteoporosis;
(4) skin injury or infection of lower limbs and robot wearing parts;
(5) unstable angina pectoris, severe arrhythmia and other heart diseases;
(6) severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease;
(7) untreated deep vein thrombosis;
(8) pregnancy or nursing
(9) the researchers judged that the patients' compliance was poor and they were unable to complete the study according to the requirements;
(10) other contraindications or complications that may affect walking training.
