Objective to screen genes related to cochlear nerve dysplasia (CND) and provide scientific basis for further population intervention and clinical evaluation and treatment before cochlear implantation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

患者合并内耳或中耳其他畸形；
患有其他神经系统疾病的患者；
合并其他会影响本研究的结果和患者的健康的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with other malformations of inner or middle ear;
2. Patients with other nervous system diseases;
3. Merge other diseases that will affect the results of this study and the health of patients.
