研究目的：

利用前瞻性随访的体检人群的数据，达到以下两个研究目的： 第一，探讨环境、个体生活方式、体格和新型跨组学指标等众多因素对心血管疾病的发生、发展的影响； 第二，开发出适用于中国人群心血管疾病的精准预测工具，为我国的心血管疾病防控提供循证医学证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the data of prospective follow-up physical examination population, the following two research purposes are achieved: first, to explore the impact of many factors such as environment, individual lifestyle, physique and new cross-group indicators on the occurrence and development of cardiovascular disease; second, to develop accurate prediction tools for cardiovascular disease in the Chinese population, so as to provide evidence-based medicine for the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease in China Evidence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)流动人口或暂住居民；
2)既往被诊断为心脑血管疾病，包括冠心病、脑梗死、脑出血、下肢血管栓塞；
3)患有癌症或预期寿命低于5年；
4)有精神障碍；
5)有严重的系统性疾病，如心力衰竭、肝肾功能衰竭；
6)正在参与其他干预性临床研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Floating population or temporary resident;
2) The Previous diagnosis of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, including coronary heart disease, cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, lower extremity vascular embolism;
3) Cancer or life expectancy less than 5 years;
4) Have a mental disorder;
5) There are serious systemic diseases, such as heart failure, liver and kidney failure;
6) We are participating in other interventional clinical studies.
