研究目的：

1.从炎症角度探讨老年认知障碍人群整体膳食模式与认知功能的关联性，为构建防治膳食提供理论基础。 2.从量化角度评估老年认知障碍人群整体膳食炎症效应及其与认知严重程度的关联性，为精准测定膳食炎性剂量效应提供科学依据。 3.从微生物菌群角度评估老年认知障碍人群口腔-肠道微生物与炎症因子和临床特征之间的潜在关联性，为探究疾病炎性机制提供新线索。  

Objectives of Study：

1. From the perspective of inflammation, explore the relationship between the overall dietary pattern and cognitive function of the elderly with cognitive impairment, and provide a theoretical basis for building a diet for prevention and treatment. 2. Evaluate the overall dietary inflammatory effect of the elderly with cognitive impairment from a quantitative perspective and its correlation with cognitive severity, and provide a scientific basis for accurately determining the dietary inflammatory dose effect. 3. Evaluate the potential correlation between oral-gut microbes and inflammatory factors and clinical characteristics in the elderly with cognitive impairment from the perspective of microbial flora, and provide new clues for exploring the inflammatory mechanism of the disease.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

a.存在严重的心、肝、肾脏疾病；b.既往有头部手术史；c.颅内肿瘤；d.不能语言沟通者。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Severe heart, liver, and kidney disease; b. History of head surgery; c. Intracranial tumour; d. Those who cannot communicate with each other.
