研究目的：

了解不同时期卵巢癌患者疲乏、疼痛、睡眠障碍症状群发生情况以及发展的规律；探讨疲乏、疼痛、睡眠障碍症状群与炎性细胞因子水平和单核苷酸多态性的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the occurrence and development of symptom clusters of fatigue, pain, and sleep disorder in patients with ovarian cancer at different stages, and to explore the correlation between symptom clusters of fatigue, pain and sleep disorders and inflammatory cytokine levels and single nucleotide polymorphisms.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①诊断考虑为卵巢癌，但因各种原因未实施手术者（未实施手术包括仅剖腹探查）；
②合并其他如心、脑、肺、肾等严重的躯体疾病的患者；
③有精神疾病史者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Diagnosis of ovarian cancer, but due to a variety of reasons did not perform surgery (including those who only did exploratory laparotomy);
2. Patients with other serious physical diseases such as heart, brain, lung, kidney;
3. Patients with a history of mental illness.
