研究目的：

单独及联合定量PCR法和综合评分系统，用于病理上排除其他疾病，无法确诊为结节病或结核病的病例的鉴别诊断，明确诊断后指导治疗，根据治疗效果，进一步验证定量PCR法和评分系统的准确率。

Objectives of Study：

The quantitative real-time PCR alone or combined with the scoring systems will be used to diagnose the sarcoidosis andsputum negative tuberculosis which can not be differentiated by pathology. After the diagnosis, we give the different treatment, according to the therapeutic effect, the rates the accuracy about the quantitative PCR methods andthe systems will be further validated.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)试验责任医师或试验分管医师判断为不适合作为本试验对象的患者。
(2)病原菌检测到真菌、结核杆菌等，活检组织抗酸、PAS或六胺银染色阳性。
(3)合并恶性肿瘤患者。
(4)有严重的其它系统疾病和脏器功能不全者。
(5)正在接受血液透析的患者。
(6)妊娠及有妊娠可能的女性及哺乳期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The doctor or the doctor in charge of the test decide who are not suitable for this experiment;
2. Detection of pathogenic bacteria with Mycobacterium tuberculosis or fungi. The positive results of PAS or six amino acid silver staining in biopsied tissues;
3. Patients with malignant tumor;
4. there is a serious disease andorgan dysfunction in other systems;
5. patients undergoing hemodialysis;
6. pregnant or want to be pregnant or nursing mothers.
