研究目的：

1.我们提供一种分化型甲状腺癌患者术后终身随访评估调药辅助系统。 2.实现APP线上精准动态调控，辅助指导病人随访和调药，部分取代了专家面诊，有利于互联网医院和远程医疗，规范甲状腺癌患者术后的长期随访。  

Objectives of Study：

1.We provide an online dynamic adjunctive precision dose-adjustment system for the evaluation of drug adjustment for the postoperative lifelong follow-up of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer. 2.This system assists in guiding patients' follow-up and accurate and dynamic drug adjustment by APP online regulation, partially replaces experts' face-to-face examination, which is conducive to Internet hospital and telemedicine, and standardizes long-term follow-up of thyroid cancer patients after surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①临床信息不完整；
②无法使用网络终端APP；
③精神疾病患者；
④伴发严重基础性疾病；
⑤伴发其他甲状腺癌病理类型；
⑥拒绝签署知情同意书

Exclusion criteria：

1. Clinical information is incomplete;
2. Unable to use network terminal APP;
3. patients with mental illness;
4. accompanied by serious basic diseases;
5. with other pathological types of thyroid cancer;
6. Refuse to sign the informed consent.
