研究目的：

表皮通透屏障功能对皮肤生物功能（包括表皮增生及皮肤免疫）具有重要调节作用。银屑病是伴有表皮通透屏障功能降低的表皮增生过度和炎症细胞浸润的皮肤病。尽管目前银屑病病因不明，但某些临床现象提示，表皮通透屏障功能与银屑病的发生和发展密切相关。1.银屑病发病部位:好发于表皮通透屏障功能易损的头皮、背部、四肢伸侧；2.银屑病发病季节:好发于表皮通透屏障功能亚健康状态时的冬春季；3.部分患者的易感基因与表皮通透屏障功能相关；4.部分患者于表皮通透屏障功能降低时发病；5.纠正表皮通透屏障功能可使银屑病病情缓解或临床治愈；6.在银屑病急性期，破坏表皮通透屏障功能可诱发皮疹（同行反应）。现阶段表皮通透屏障功能对银屑病发生和发展的影响尚无直接证据。本项目通过增强银屑病患者表皮通透屏障功能观察对银屑病病情的发生及发展的影响，以期探索表皮通透屏障功能在银屑病的发病机理及其银屑病临床防治中的作用具有重要意义。

Objectives of Study：

Epidermal permeability barrier function has important regulatory effect on skin biological function (including epidermal hyperplasia andskin immunity). Psoriasis is a skin disease associated with epidermal proliferation barrier function to reduce the epidermal hyperplasia andinflammatory cell infiltration. Although the etiology of psoriasis is unknown, some clinical phenomena suggest that the epidermal permeability barrier function is closely related to the occurrence anddevelopment of psoriasis. 1 psoriasis site: good hair in the skin permeability barrier function of the skin of the scalp, back, limbs stretch side; 2 psoriasis onset season: good hair in the epidermal permeability barrier function sub healthy status of winter andspring; the 4 part of the patients with epidermal permeability barrier function to reduce the incidence of skin barrier function can make psoriasis remission or clinical cure; 6 in the acute phase, destruction of skin permeability barrier function can be induced skin rash (peer reaction). At present, there is no direct evidence for the effect of epidermal permeability barrier function on the occurrence anddevelopment of psoriasis. In this project, the effect of epidermal permeability barrier function in patients with psoriasis was observed in order to explore the mechanism of epidermal permeability barrier function in psoriasis andits role in clinical prevention andtreatment.
