纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

產婦已經進入產程，病人有重大心血管疾病，胎兒不穩，身體質量指數大於35或是病人拒絕將排除進入本試驗

Exclusion criteria：

Patient who is in labor, had significant cardiovascular disease, fetal instability or distress, BMI above 35 or patient refusal

1.利用電腦亂數產生隨機順序 2.將隨機方式置放於密封的信封裡，交給與本試驗無關的麻醉科人員保管 3.於產婦進入試驗後進入刀房開刀麻醉前將信封打開決定隨機分組的組別
