研究目的：

小潮气量与患者预后的关系，右心功能障碍的原因进行系统整理，应用心脏超声监测患者的右心功能、记录患者小潮气量实施情况。评价潮气量对患者右心功能的影响。预测预后，同时也希望可以通过对导师的临床实践的研究、总结，能为今后的临床工作提供一些帮助和指导，患者临床机械通气治疗提供参考。

Objectives of Study：

The prognosis of patients with small tidal volume relationship, to tem arrange, the cause of right heart function disorder cardiac ultrasound monitoring in patients with right heart function, recording in patients with small tidal volume. Evaluation of tidal volume effects on patients with right heart function. Can predict prognosis, at the me time also hope that through the study of tutors clinical practice, summed, can offer some help for the future clinical work guidance, provide reference for clinical patients with mechanical ventilation treatment.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

符合以下条件任意一项者，予以排除
（1）慢性肺源性心脏病患者；
（2）孕妇及哺乳期妇女；
（3）肺栓塞患者；
（4）右室梗塞患者；
（5）由于各种原因，超声显示不清患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Meet the following conditions for any one person, to be ruled out
(1) the patients with chronic cor pulmonale;
(2) pregnant women nursing mothers;
(3) in patients with pulmonary embolism;
(4) in patients with right ventricular infarction;
(5) due to various reasons, patients with ultrasonic diagnosis is not clear.
