研究目的：

探讨本课题组研究设计的专利双腔两囊宫腔止血囊与宫腔纱条两种宫腔填塞方法联合预防性双侧髂总动脉球囊临时阻断术在凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产中止血的有效性和安全性进行比较，为凶险性前置胎盘剖宫产术中止血寻求安全、可靠的的止血方法及保留生育功能提供证据。  

Objectives of Study：

Discussion on the research design patent double lumen balloon intrauterine hemostatic c intrauterine gauze strip two uterine packing method joint prevention of bilateral internal iliac artery balloon orary occlusion of the effectiveness fety of operation in the pernicious placenta previa cerean section bleeding were compared before dangerous placenta splits the palace production intraoperative hemostasis to seek fe, reliable the hemostatic methods fertility preserving features provide evidence.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

术中加用动脉结扎、子宫压迫缝合、行血管栓塞、行子宫切除的患者
术中未经子宫切口放置宫腔填塞，术后再放置的
孕周<28周
怀疑子宫严重感染
手术医师认为不适合入组的其他情况

Exclusion criteria：

1. The operation with artery ligation, uterine compression suture, embolization, hysterectomy patients;
2. surgery without uterine incision placed intrauterine packing, postoperative placement;
3. <28 weeks of gestation;
4. Suspicion of serious infection;
5. The doctors considered that other stuation not suitable for the study.
