研究目的：

目的：术前血小板分离主要应用于心脏转流病人，目前将其用于髋关节大手术的研究非常少，此研究探讨血小板分离对此类病人是否有血液保护作用。

Objectives of Study：

objective: preoperative platelet rich plasma (prp) harvest has been used in cardiopulmonary surgery for more than 10 years. there is no previous study dealing with prp in hip surgery. this study intends to investigate the effects of prp on blood coagulation function in patients with bilateraltotal total hip arthroplasty.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

心肺功能障碍，凝血障碍，血液系统疾病，肝肾功能异常，低血容量，2周内服用抗凝药物和血小板抑制剂，感染和血栓性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

Cardiorespiratory dysfunction, blood coagulation disorder, blood tem diseases, liver kidney dysfunction, low blood volume,taking anticoagulant drugs platelet inhibitors within 2 weeks.infection thrombosis disease.
