Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effectiveness of zoledronic acid in prevention of bone metastasis in patients with lung cancer.

唑来膦酸注射液

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、合并其它恶性肿瘤；
2、预期寿命少于6个月；
3、已经出现骨转移灶；
4、存在唑来膦酸应用禁忌；
5、患者拒绝。

Exclusion criteria：

1. with other malignancy besides lung cancer;
2. expected survival time is less than 6 months;
3. identified existence of bone metastases;
4. with controindications of zoledronic acid;
5. patient refusal.
