研究目的：

评价亚油酸-神经酰胺保湿剂在寻常型银屑病中的辅助和维持治疗的临床疗效

Objectives of Study：

To assess the efficacy of Linoleic Acid-ceramide moisturizer as an adjunctive andpreventive therapy in psoriasis vulgaris

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 健康检查不符合受试者入选标准者。
2. 妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
3. 已知对研究药物的活性成分或辅料过敏者；
4. 目前诊断为非轻、中度寻常型银屑病者（皮损面积超过其总体表面积的10%）；
5. 在试验开始前三个月内参加了任何其他药物的临床研究者；
6. 经常使用中草药、安眠药、镇静剂、安定剂、或其他成瘾性药物者；
7. 酗酒者、精神病患者；或不能遵医嘱配合治疗者
8. 患有心肺功能不全、严重基础疾病者；
9. 患有其他可能干扰银屑病临床评估和／或给患者带来危险的皮肤疾病，或有除银屑病、外的其他严重皮肤病史；
10. 基线访视之前2周内接受过系统糖皮质激素治疗的患者；
11. 基线访视之前2周内接受过局部超强效糖皮质激素霜剂治疗的患者；
12. 基线访视之前4周内使用过任何治疗银屑病的系统药物（包括中药制剂）；
13. 基线访视之前2周内使用过任何治疗银屑病的外用药（包括中药制剂）；

Exclusion criteria：

1. physical examination failed to qualify for enrollment;
2. during gestational andlactation period;
3. known allergic history toward drug or moisturizer under study;
4. severe psoriasis vulgaris patients;
5. involved in any other clinical trial three months before enrollment;
6. frequently usage of herbal, hypnotics, sedative, stabilizers, or other addictive medication;
7. alcoholics, psychotic, or participants who cannot follow prescription order;
8. heart, respiratory failure, severe diseases;
9. skin disease that may interfere with evaluation of psoriasis, or life-threatening skin disease, history of severe skin disease other than psoriasis;
10. systemic therapy of GC within 2 weeks of screening;
11. topical therapy of group I GC within2 weeks of screening;
12. any systemic therapy for psoriasis (including herbal, chinese medicine) within 4 weeks of screening;
13. any topical therapy for psoriasis (including herbal, chinese medicine).
