研究目的：

我们在之前研究基础上，拟采用一套整体的多模式镇痛方法，包括术前给予非甾体抗炎药、术中止痛、关节周围局部用药以及术后平衡镇痛，研究其有效性及在TKA围手术期镇痛、副作用、功能恢复、炎性反应及安全性等的应用，并评估其在临床应用上是否具有更为广阔的前景。

Objectives of Study：

Based on previous studies, a whole set of multi mode analgesia method was proposed, including preoperative administration of non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, pain relief, peripheral local medication and postoperative analgesia, and its efficacy and safety, side effects, functional recovery, inflammatory reaction and safety were evaluated in TKA.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

4、有以下情况之一者均排除：①有重大的心理问题、精神病史、长期慢性疼痛病史和长期服用镇疼药、镇静药、抗抑郁药、抗焦虑药史、NSAIDs药物史、酒精药物滥用史者；②有哮喘或支气管炎，重大心血管疾病，肝肾功能不全，有胃溃疡史、凝血功能障碍者；③对其中任何一种药物有过敏史者；④存在患肢神经肌肉缺陷者；⑤语言交流困难者；⑥患者要求退出。

Exclusion criteria：

1. have significant psychological problems, a history of mental illness, long-term history of chronic pain and take the town for a long time, painkillers, sedatives, anti depression drugs, anti anxiety drug history, NSAIDs drugs, alcohol and drug abuse history; II have asthma or bronchitis, major cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney function is not complete, gastric ulcer history, coagulation dysfunction;
2. to which any kind of drug allergy history;
3. there suffering from limb neuromuscular defect; fifthly, language and communication difficulties; the patients asked to withdraw.
