研究目的：

比较应用膝关节前交叉韧带联合前外侧韧带重建术与单纯前交叉韧带重建术治疗伴有高度轴移阳性的前交叉韧带损伤患者的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the clinical outcomes of combined anterolateral ligament and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction and isolated anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction in treating high-grade pivot-shift anterior cruciate ligament-deficient knees

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有除前交叉韧带以外的其他韧带损伤；2.严重关节软骨退变（Outerbridge分级为III级或IV级）；3.患侧严重下肢力线发育不良；4.患侧膝关节有既往手术史；5.患有多发关节松弛症；6.关节内感染以及因各种疾病而导致无法行关节镜手术；7.伴有关节内或关节周围骨折；8.术前影像学检查显示膝关节骨骺未闭；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multi-ligament injuries other than anterior cruciate ligament injury;
2. Severe cartilage degeneration (Outerbridge grade III or IV);
3. Severe mal-aligment of the affected lower extremity;
4. History of previous surgery of the affected side;
5. General joint laxity;
6. Knee joint infection or any reason causing the arthroscopic procedure unable to be performed;
7. Intra-articular or Peri-articular fracture of the affected side;
8. Pre-operative imaging studies showing an open meta-physis of the affected side.

本试验中，采用单盲设置，即评估患者术后疗效的评估者并不知道患者的分组情况。评估时利用不透明黑布将膝关节切口统一覆盖。

We use single-blind method in this study. A black cloth is covered on the wounds to make the observers blinded to the group allocations.
