研究目的：

1.探讨血压晨峰与进展性缺血性脑卒中的相关性，以期为缺血性脑卒中的二级预防寻找可供干预的新靶点。 2.探讨不同形态的血压晨峰对进展性缺血性脑卒中的影响。 3.分析晨峰血压增高对不同病因分型的急性缺血性脑卒中发生急性期进展的相关性。 4.探讨不同治疗方案对晨峰血压控制的差别。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the relationship between morning blood pressure surge and progressive ischemic stroke, in order to find new target for intervention on secondary prevention of ischemic cerebral; 2. Investigate the effects of morning blood pressure surge in different forms on progressive ischemic stroke; 3. Evaluate the relationship between morning blood pressure surge and acute progressive ischemic stroke in different etiologic subtypes; 4. Investigate effects of different therapies on the control of morning blood pressure surge.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.出血性卒中患者；
2.短暂性脑缺血发作患者；
3.入院时昏迷或临床资料不全的患者；
4.正在参加其他临床试验的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hemorrhagic stroke;
2. Patients with transient ischemic attack;
3. Coma or incomplete clinical data;
4. Taking part in other clinical trials.
