研究目的：

对比头痛宁胶囊和丙戊酸钠预防前庭性偏头痛的疗效，为临床上预防前庭性偏头痛提供更多安全、有效的选择。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the effect of tou tong ning capsule in vestibular migraine prophylaxis compared with sodium valproate ,with the purpose of providing alternative choice for treating vestibular migraine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠或哺乳期女性；2.心、肝、肾功能不全；3.恶性肿瘤；4.继发性头痛如脑炎、颅脑外伤、高血压性头痛等；5.药物相关性头痛，定义为在近三月内，每月应用单纯止痛药不少于15天或应用曲普坦类以及联合用药不少于10天时，每月发作头痛超过14天；6.其它神经系统疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant or breast-feeding women;
2. Severe dysfuction of liver, kidney, heart or multiple organ dysfunction;
3. Neoplastic diseases;
4. Secondary headache such as encephalitis, traumatic brain injury, hypertension headache, et al.
5. Medication-overuse headache during the last three months, defined as headache >14 days per month combined with overuse of simple analgesics in monotherapy >14 days per month or triptans or combined medications more than 10 days per month;
6. Patients with neurologic diseases.
