比较甲状旁腺全切除加自体移植和甲状旁腺全切除两种手术方式疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To Compare the effects of total parathyroidectomy with autotransplantation and total parathyroidectomy without autotransplantation

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、原发性或三发性甲状旁腺功能亢进

2、家族性甲状旁腺功能亢进（MENⅠ，MENⅡ，遗传性HPT）

3、颈部手术探查史

4、甲状旁腺恶性肿瘤

Exclusion criteria：

1. primary or tertiary hyperparathyroidism;
2. familial hyperparathyroidism (MEN I, MEN II, hereditary HPT);
3. neck surgical exploration history;
4. parathyroid cancer.
