1、探索大剂量螺内酯能否延缓维持性血液透析患者的残余肾功能的丢失。 2、明确大剂量螺内酯在维持性血液透析患者的不良反应。

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the effect of high doses of spironolactone in protecting the residual renal function of maintenance hemodialysis patients; 2. To explore the adverse reactions of high doses of spironolactone in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
