研究目的：

临床上部分乳腺癌患者接受新辅助化疗后不能定位原发肿瘤，此类患者若考虑行保乳手术可能会造成术中不能准确定位原发肿瘤部位，而出现原发灶区域的残余癌细胞切除不彻底，无疑增加局部复发风险率。因此新辅助化疗前应用纳米碳标记定位，可在后续保乳手术中准确识别肿物位置、大小及淋巴结转移情况，提高保乳手术治疗的成功率。

Objectives of Study：

Clinically, Part of the nonpalpable breast cancer patients cannot track primary tumor after neoadjuvant chemotherapy. Acceptance of breast-conserving surgery may lead to inaccurate location to primary neoplasms, which means that the residual cancer cells in the primary foci may not be completely cut off and the risk of local recurrence raise beyond doubt. It may heip us track the location,size, lymph node metastasis of tumor using carbon nanoparticles before neoadjuvant chemotherapy followed by breast-conserving surgery, which improves the success rate of operation.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、年龄18＜岁，或＞70岁；2、多中心型乳腺癌或散在的恶性钙化灶；3、经新辅助化疗后肿瘤最大直径仍＞3 cm；4、乳头偏斜或内陷；5、腋窝可触及明显肿大或融合淋巴结；6、辅助检查发现远处转移；7、术前新辅助化疗不接受或不能耐受TAC方案；8、妊娠期和哺乳期妇女；9、合并严重心、肝、肾、内分泌系统疾病的患者，且以上疾病预期生存期<2年者；10、对纳米炭过敏者；11、患者因自身原因退出试验；

Exclusion criteria：

1. Multi-center lesions or malignant calcification foci;
2. The maximum lesion diameter after neoadjuvant therapy is over 3cm;
3. Internal or oblique nipple;
4. Apparant swollen or confertus axillary lymph nodes;
5. The founding of metastasis in supplementary examinations;
6. Breast cancer during pregnancy;
7. Patients who are not convenient to go to the doctors' office for recheck for any reason;
8. Complicated serious disease (such as: heart exclus disease, liver disease, kidney disease, etc) for exsist less than 2 years by estimate;
9. Have a particular allergy to Carbon nanoparticles;
10. Quit the test because of their own reasons.

Intervention：	Before the new adjuvant chemotherapy, 0.1ml carbon nanoparticles suspension was injected under ultrasound guidance at 12 points along 6 tracks which were separated by 60 degrees (2 injection sites per track), The injection sites were 0.5 cm from the apparent margin of the primary lesion.
