研究目的：

研究超声骨刀拔除下颌阻生第三磨牙后同期在邻近第二磨牙远中行自体骨+Bio-oss骨粉联合膜引导骨再生术，对其骨质缺损的修复能力和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect and safty of guided tissue regeneration (GTR) combined with bone grafting for the distal osseous defects of mandibular second molar after impacted mandibular third molar's removal.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）患侧有严重的慢性冠周炎，有炎性肉芽组织者； （2）下颌第三磨牙区有肿瘤，骨折； （3）邻近第二磨牙存在不完善的根管治疗，或者有根尖病变，无保留价值者； （4）患有较严重的系统性疾病、肿瘤患者； （5）患者有严重牙周病且治疗无法控制者； （6）孕妇及哺乳期妇女以及在试验期间准备怀孕者（根据受试者提供的情况）； （7）不能遵医嘱治疗或试验过程记录不完整，影响疗效判断者； （8）严重烟酒嗜好者（每周饮酒>15个单位，每单位指：350ml啤酒或150ml葡萄酒或50ml烈酒；吸烟>25支/天）； （9）任何精神疾病，或其他可以导致法律上认定为限制行为能力的疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Has serious chronic pericoronitis, or inflammatory granulation;
2. Mandibular third molar area have tumor or fracture;
3. Adjacent second molar have to be removed;
4. With severe systemic disease or tumor;
5. Patients with severe periodontal disease and the treatment cannot control;
6. Patient who is pregnant or lactating;
7. Not signed informed consent;
8. Addicted to tobacco or alcohol;
9. Severe psychoses (Schizophrenia, mania, paranoid psychosis and depression patients who has obvious suicidal) or dementia.
