研究目的: |
材料科学、骨再生医学与组织工程的发展为骨缺损的治疗开辟了全新的途径,但也面临生物安全、伦理、治疗成本等因素的挑战。临床实践中迫切需要建立一种快速、有效、安全的骨缺损治疗方法。骨髓血中富含造血干细胞、间充质干细胞、内皮祖细胞、血小板以及多种细胞因子等生物活性成分,临床手术中长期被用于骨损伤的辅助治疗,但直接应用有效成分浓度太低。β-磷酸三钙生物陶瓷是一种商品化的医用骨修复材料,在体内可被完全降解,且具有良好的骨传导作用。本临床研究通过分离浓缩技术提取骨髓血术中直接复合β-磷酸三钙,实现对骨缺损的即刻修复,探索临床可推广的骨缺损修复策略。 |

Objectives of Study: |
The development of materials science, bone regenerative medicine and tissue engineering has opened up new ways for the treatment of bone defects, but it also faces the challenges such as biological security, ethics, treatment costs. There is an urgent need to establish a fast, efficient and safe procedure for the treatment of bone defects in clinical practice. Bone marrow blood is rich in hematopoietic stem cells, mesenchymal stem cells, endothelial progenitor cells, platelets and a variety of cytokines and other bioactive components, and has been used to assist bone repairing for a long time, but the concentration of the effective components is too low. beta-tricalcium phosphate is a commercial medical bone repair material that can be completely degraded in the body, and has a good bone conduction effect. In this study, separated and concentrated bone marrow blood was combined with beta-tricalcium to repair craniofacial bone defect. We intended to explore an effective and propagable technique for the treatment of bone defect. |
