研究目的：

评价痰热清注射液治疗登革热的有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Tanreqing Injection in patients with dengue fever.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）伴随严重出血，包括皮下血肿、呕血、黑便、阴道流血、肉眼血尿、颅内出血等；
（2）并发登革休克，出现心动过速、肢端湿冷、毛细血管充盈时间延长>3秒、脉搏细弱或测不到、脉压差减小或血压测不到等；
（3）出现严重的器官损害：肝脏损伤（ALT和/或AST > 1000 IU/L）、ARDS、急性心肌炎、急性肾功能衰竭、脑病和脑炎等表现；
（4）妊娠或哺乳者；
（5）过敏体质且既往有痰热清过敏史者；
（6）最近1个月有参加其它临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe bleeding, including subcutaneous hematoma, hematemesis, melena, vaginal bleeding, hematuria, intracranial hemorrhage，etc;
(2) Patients with dengue shock complication, Appeared heartbeat speed, acromegaly wet, capillary filling time prolonged > 3 seconds, pulse slim and fragile or undetectable, pulse pressure or the decrease of the blood pressure measurement，etc;
(3) Patients with severe organ damage occurred: for wexample，liver damage (ALT and / or AST > 1000 IU/L), ARDS, acute myocarditis, acute renal failure, encephalopathy and encephalitis;
(4) pregnant or nursing;
(5) Patients with a history of allergies and Tanreqing allergy;
(6) Patients who participated in the other clinical trials in the last 1 months.
