研究目的：

本研究拟利用较大样本的临床病例，进一步证实血浆谷氨酸水平与脑损伤后外周并发症的关联；评估血浆谷氨酸浓度在检测、预警和治疗外周并发症中的价值，并为指导用药提供依据；观察血液滤过治疗是否可以降低血浆谷氨酸水平进而预防外周并发症的发生。

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to use a large sample of clinical cases, to confirm that the plasma level of glutamate is associated with the periphery complications after brain injury; and assess the value of plasma glutamate concentration in detecting, warning and treating the periphery complications, and provide the basis for drug using; and observe whether hemofiltration decreased plasma levels of glutamate and thus prevent the periphery complications.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

急性脑卒中及颅脑外伤前已经出现心衰、严重肺部疾患、肾功能衰竭的患者。
脑干病变累及呼吸循环中枢导致的呼吸、循环障碍

Exclusion criteria：

Heart failure, severe lung disease, renal failure in patients before acute stroke and brain trauma has occurred.
Brainstem lesions involving the respiratory and circulatory center causing respiratory, circulatory disorders
