研究目的：

本研究旨在探讨艾森曼格综合症患者右室舒张末压对于病情判断及预后估计的价值。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to investigate the value of right ventricular end diastolic pressure in patients with Eisen Mange syndrome.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

终末期肺高压、心源性恶液质患者，严重左心功能障碍（EF值<30%）及其他左心疾患的患者，无法耐受心导管检查的患者，经检查证实为小型缺损（<5mm）合并肺动脉高压的患者，妊娠合并肺高压患者，唐氏综合症合并艾森曼格综合症患者、合并心腔内或肺动脉内血栓的患者，经济状况极度困难或拒绝参加研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with end stage pulmonary hypertension,cardiac malignant fluid ,severe left ventricular dysfunction (EF 30%) and other left heart disease,small defect (<5mm) with pulmonary arterial hypertension, pregnancy associated with pulmonary hypertension, Tang syndrome with Eisenmenger's syndrome,intracardiac or pulmonary artery thrombus in the merger, poor economic situation,or refused to participate in the study.
