研究目的：

观察低剂量的丙泊酚联合咽喉部表面麻醉的老年患者在气管插管全麻诱导期的气管插管反应

Objectives of Study：

investigate that low-dose anesthetic of propofol combined with throat topical anesthesia make intubation more stable and reduce the risk of anesthesia in elderly patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ASAⅥ级，非第一次接受全麻气管插管手术，有严重心、肺疾病，困难气道和神经肌肉传导功能疾病，有食物药物过敏史者

Exclusion criteria：

ASA grade VI; a history of heart disease, lung disease, neural-muscular disease; general anesthesia history; a history of food and drug allergy; difficult airway;
