通过对示范区人群实施HIV抗体普遍检测，发现传染源，管理传染源，减少传播，降低新发感人率；同时对发现的阳性人群及时规范化管理，提高依从性，提高治疗效果，降低病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

Through the implementation of HIV antibody on the demonstration area of general population detection, detection of infection, management of the source of infection, reduce the spread of new hair, reduce the rate of positive people touching; at the same time the timely discovery of standardized management, improve compliance, improve the therapeutic effect, reduce the mortality rate.
