研究目的：

观察不同给药途径时，右美托咪定对采用静脉全麻联合胸段硬膜外麻醉下行肺叶切除术患者围术期镇静镇痛水平以及术中氧合功能的影响。

Objectives of Study：

To observe the effect of dexmedetomidine on perioperative sedation and analgesia and intrapulmonary shunt in patients undergoing Lobectomy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

年龄≥65岁；合并心脏病、糖尿病、神经系统疾病；肝、肾功能障碍；凝血功能异常者；长期或正在使用麻醉性镇痛药及其他精神类药品，有慢性疼痛史者；相关药物过敏者；拒绝接受椎管内麻醉者。

Exclusion criteria：

Age>=65;a history of heart disease, neural disease and diabetes; chronic hepatic or renal insufficiency;coagulopathy; a history of alcohol or analgesics dependence; chronic pain; a history of relevant drug allergy; refuse to undergoing epidural anaesthesia.
