研究目的：

比较尼群地平加氢氯噻嗪与尼群地平加倍他乐克对血压在二级水平或以上高血压患者的降压效果。  

Objectives of Study：

This study to comprare the blood pressure lowing effects of the combination of CCBs with thiazide diuretics and β-Blockers with thiazide diuretics and to estimate the economic impact of hypertension in China.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1） 继发性高血压；
2） 血压>200/120mmHg；
3） 不稳定性心绞痛、脑血管意外、心肌梗死或心力衰竭（左室射血分数＜45%）
急性期（＜3 个月）；
4） 1 型糖尿病；或者2 型糖尿病血糖控制不佳(空腹血糖＞11 mmol/L )或有合并症
（肾病、周围神经病变）；
5） 胃肠病变或胃肠手术后有可能影响药物吸收；
6） 甲状腺功能异常；
7） II 度以上房室传导阻滞，病窦综合症，心率低于60 次/分。
8） 哮喘、阻塞性肺部疾病、周围血管病变、自身免疫性疾病、恶性肿瘤等疾病；
9） 肝、肾功能异常：谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)或总胆红素超过正常上
限2 倍以上；血清肌酐＞150 μmol/L；
10） 严重主动脉瓣狭窄；
11） 痛风、高尿酸血症；
12） 妊娠、哺乳期妇女，未采取有效避孕措施有可能怀孕的妇女；
13） HIV 感染者；
14） 不易配合（智力、听力、肢体活动明显障碍）、不易长期随访或依从性差者；
15） 入选本研究 1 个月内，或与此同时参加其它药物试验的患者；
16） 对研究药物有过敏反应史、明确禁忌症、对研究药物有明确适应症者；
17） 主管医生认为不宜参加临床研究的。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if who pregnant, myocardiol infarction, chronic kidney disease, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease, cerebrovascular disease, Type 1 diabetes mellitus(DM) or uncontrolled type 2 DM (Glucose > 11mmol/L) or refused to undergo follow-up visits. Other key exclusion criteria were systolic BP above 200 mmHg or diastolic BP above 110 mmHg at the time of enrollment, secondary hypertension, or resistant hypertension.
