研究目的：

1. Omega-3合并抗抑郁药治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。 2. 从细胞因子和肠道菌群DNA的改变，进一步探讨omega-3抗抑郁的免疫机制。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Efficacy of omega-3 combined with antidepressants in treatment of major depressive disorder; 2. Expolore immune mechanism of omega-3 in treatment of depression by examing cell factors and DNA of intestinal microflora.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

抗抑郁药物；omega-3 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Antidepressants；omega-3 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①双相抑郁，躯体疾病伴发的抑郁，物质滥用或依赖所致的抑郁；
②既往使用过毒品或有精神活性物质依赖，或其他精神障碍；
③神经系统疾病；
④明显的躯体疾病；
⑤处于妊娠期和哺乳期的妇女；
⑥需行MECT者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bipolar depression, or depression associated with physical illness or caused by substance abuse or dependence;
2. Previously drugs used or psychoactive substance dependence, or other mental disorders;
3. Nervous system diseases;
4. Obvious physical diseases;
5. In pregnant or lactating;
6. Needed treatment of MECT.
