研究目的：

利用前瞻性随机对照研究探讨单孔腹腔镜根治性前列腺切除术（LESS-RP）与标准腹腔镜根治性前列腺癌切除术（LRP）的优劣。

Objectives of Study：

Our aims were to compare laparoendoscopic single-site surgery radical prostatectomy (LESS-RP) with conventional laparoscopic radical prostatectomy (LRP) and study their safety and efficacy by a prospective, randomized clinical trial (RCT).

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

患者平卧位。使用常规和商业化的直的腹腔镜器械(Olympus, Japan)和超声刀（爱惜康，美国），通过10毫米和12毫米凝胶阀门，整个过程不需要昂贵的咬合的或预弯的器械。组织钳夹和止血可通过左手的双极抓持器(GmbH, Germany)和右手5毫米超声刀实现。一个45厘米可回撤的吸引装置用于避免体外仪器碰撞。Hem-o-lok夹(Ethicon, USA)需要时通过12毫米凝胶阀。0.5毫米灵活腹腔镜光源 (Olympus, Japan)介绍了通过5毫米凝胶阀的QuadPort端口(Olympus, Japan)。首先脐下皮肤折皱处3.5-4cm切口；清除皮下脂肪暴露腹直肌筋膜。沿腹白线做一长约4cm的纵行切口。然后球形分离腹膜外间隙。QuadPort放置在腹直肌和腹膜之间。QuadPort由套筒和一个盖子组成，盖子上有一个12毫米,两个10毫米和一个5毫米凝胶阀门。有两种辅助的锁紧套口用于吹气和散烟。

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

The patient was positioned in safe flat supine position. Conventional and commercially available straight laparoscopic instruments (Olympus, Japan) and Harmonic scalpel (Ethicon, USA) were utilized through the 10 mm and 12 mm gel valves throughout the procedure without a requirement for more expensive articulating or pre-bent instruments. Tissue handling and haemostasis were achieved with a bipolar grasper (GmbH, Germany) in the left hand and a 5-mm Harmonic scalpel in the right hand. A 45cm suction device was applied in retraction and avoiding extracorporeal instrument clashing. Hem-o-lok clips (Teleflex Medical, USA) were applied when required through the 12 mm gel valve. The 0o lens 5mm flexible tip video-laparoscope Olympus EndoEYE (LFT-VP) (Olympus, Japan) was introduced through the 5 mm gel valve of QuadPort port (Olympus, Japan). An infra-umbilical skin-crease incision was made (3.5-4 cm) initially; the subcutaneous fat is cleared to expose the rectus fascia. A 4-cm vertical incision of the linea alba is performed. A balloon dissection of extra-peritoneal space was then carried out. The QuadPort was placed caudally between rectus muscles and peritoneum. The QuadPort consists of sleeve and a lid accommodating one 12 mm, two 10 mm and one 5 mm gel valves. There are two ancillary Luer-lock connectors for insufflation and smoke evacuation.

排除标准：

1、患有显著增加手术危险性的合并疾病，如严重的心血管疾病、肺功能不良等。
2、患有严重出血倾向或血液凝固性疾病。
3、骨转移或其他远处转移。
4、预期寿命不足10年。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe complications：such as severe cardiovascular disease, pulmonary function, etc.;
2. Severe bleeding tendency or blood clotting disease;
3. Bone metastasis or other distant metastasis;
4. Life span <10 years.
