研究目的：

1、通过临床研究制定骨量减少患者针灸干预规范化治疗方案，为骨质疏松早期针灸干预降低骨折风险提供证据； 2、形成骨折风险综合评估模型。

Objectives of Study：

1. Clinical research for bone loss in patients with standardized acupuncture treatment and to provides evidence for reduce fracture risk for osteoporosis by early acupuncture intervention; 2. To form a comprehensive assessment model for fracture risk.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合上述诊断、纳入标准者；
2.继发性骨量减少患者及已发生脆性骨折者；
3.合并使用明确有肝功能损害药物者；
4.合并心、脑、肝、肾及造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者；
5.脂肪肝、肝炎病毒携带者及肝功能异常者；
6.3个月内服用过影响骨代谢药物者；
7.过敏体质或已知对试验药组份、手术缝合线过敏者；
8.近3个月内参加过其他临床试验者；
9.恶性肿瘤、糖尿病控制不佳者、晚期畸形、残废、丧失劳动力者；
10.体位性低血压、外周前庭和或中枢神经功能明确病变者；
11.一周内使用镇静药、安眠药等对运动、平衡功能有影响的药物者；
12.影响下肢平衡的骨关节病变患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Did not conform to the above criteria of diagnosis and inclusion;
2. Patients with secondary osteopenia and brittle fractures;
3. Patients taking drugs that may cause liver dysfunction;
4. Patients with diseases involving the heart, brain, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, severe primary disease or patients with psychiatric illnesses;
5. Hepatitis virus carriers and patients with abnormal liver function or fatty liver;
6. Patients using drugs which can affect bone metabolism within the past 3 months;
7. Patients with a propensity to allergic reactions or known allergy to a test drug component or surgical sutures;
8. Patients who participated in other clinical studies with approximately three months of this study;
9. Patients with any late stage malignant tumors, poorly controlled diabetes, physical deformities, disability, miscarriages;
10. Orthostatic hypotension, clear pathological changes in the vestibular and/or outside the central nervous system function;
11. The use of sedatives or sleeping pills within the prior week or the use of drugs that can effect balance function;
12. Patients with joint disease of the lower limbs which can effect balance.

由与本试验执行数据管理统计无关的统计专家，采用SAS统计分析软件包，按治疗组与对照组1：1的比例用分层随机方法产生编号，各个临床试验中心按分配的编号按病例入组次序依次使用。

The principal investigator was not directly involved in data management.Using SAS statistical analysis software package, the serial number of the treatment group and control group in the proportion of 1:1 with the stratified random method, according to the distribution of various clinical trial center number according to the order, in turn, use cases into the group.
