本课题通过研究屈光不正患者眼部生理功能，为屈光不正的防治提供新的临床手段。

Objectives of Study：

The study aim to investigate the ocular physiological function of ametropia and find new therapy for ametropia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

① 研究者的朋友，亲戚等
② 入组前30天内参加其他临床试验
③ 入组时已妊娠
④ 有计划入组后5个月内搬离本地区者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Friends or relatives of researchers;
2. Take part in other clinical trials within 30 days prior to this study;
3. Currently pregnant;
4. Plans to move within next 5 months outside the region.
