研究目的：

研究目的是探索本中心自主研发的基于胚胎分裂动态观测的指标来选择卵裂期胚胎的模型是否能有效地预测卵裂期胚胎的囊胚发育能力，采用该方法选择单个卵裂期胚胎移植后是否与依靠囊胚培养获得的单个囊胚移植具有相同的妊娠效率。为进一步临床应用提供依据，为最终在不降低胚胎妊娠率的情况下减少胚胎移植数，控制多胎妊娠的发生率奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study：

We aim to explore whether the embryo selection model of our early research by using time-lapse observation can predict the blastocyst developmental ability of cleavage embryo effectively. And whether we can adopt the method to choose a single cleavage stage embryo to transplant with the same efficiency of pregnancy of single blastocyst transplantation. Finally, by using this method, whether we can control the incidence of multiple pregnancies by reducing the number of embryo transfer without reducing the rate of embryo pregnancy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、反复流产史；
2、子宫内膜异位性疾病；
3、双侧或单侧输卵管积水（B超检查且未做处理）；
4、子宫畸形、子宫腺肌瘤、多发子宫肌瘤，子宫肌壁间肌瘤>3cm，粘膜下肌瘤；
5、需要行PGD、PGS者；

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of recurrent miscarriage;
2. endometriosis disease;
3. unilateral or bilateral hydrosalpinx (B ultrasound examination with no treatment),;
4. uterine malformation, multiple uterine myoma, uterine intramural myoma >3cm, submucous myoma;
5. patients undergoing PGD/PGS.
