研究目的：

通过前瞻性随机平行对照的临床研究，以传统的膀胱肿瘤电切为参照，进一步证实粘膜下剥离术治疗非肌层浸润性膀胱肿瘤的安全性和有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Using the conventional transurethral resection of bladder cancer (TURB-t) as standard, to confirm the safety and efficiency of the endoscopic submucosal dissection en bloc for Non-Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer by prospective randomized parallel controlled clinical study.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄＜18岁；2.肌层浸润肿瘤；3.孕妇；4.不签署知情同意书；5.多发病灶，大于5个独立病灶；6.肿瘤不能被完全切除；7.肿瘤太大，内镜视野下无法操作；8.挛缩性膀胱；9.内镜下无法完整切除的广基原位癌；10.合并其他肿瘤或全身系统疾病：严重凝血功能障碍、无法控制的心身疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age < 18 years old;
2. Muscle-Invasive Bladder Cancer;
3. Pregnant woman;
4. patients is not sign the informed consent;
5. Multiple lesions, more than 5 independent focus;
6. The tumor could not be completely removed;
7. The tumor is large so that endoscopic view can not operate;
8. contracted bladder;
9. Spacious CIS which cannot be completely removed endoscopically;
10. with complication of other tumors or systemic diseases, such as severe coagulopathy, uncontrolled psychosomatic disease.
