Diagnostic test for accuracy 

研究目的：

1）建立我国弥散性血管内凝血病例登记网络信息数据库和生物样本库，了解我国弥散性血管内凝血的发病特点及病死率等； 2）通过与现有弥散性血管内凝血的诊断积分系统（如：ISTH积分系统、JAAM积分系统、JMHW积分系统）比较，系统评价中国 DIC诊断积分系统的灵敏度和特异性； 3）运用DIC积分系统，进行准确诊断、合理治疗，降低病死率。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To establish the national registry network and sample bank of DIC, and investigate the characteristics of DIC patients in China; 2. To compare with the existed diagnostically scoring system(Exp: ISTH system, JAAM system, JMHW system), systematically evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of China DIC Scoring system; 3. To apply the China DIC scoring system in clinic diagnose and treatment, consequently reduce the mortality rate in DIC.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）严重肝病（Chid-phugh C级）；
2）血栓性血小板减少性紫癜；
3）肝素诱导的血小板减少性紫癜；
4）抗磷脂综合征。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe hepatitis (Chid-phugh grade C);
2. Thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura;
3. Heparin induced thrombocytopenic purpura;
4. Antiphospholipid syndrome.
