研究目的：

检测体外循环手术患者围术期血清中胶质源性神经营养因子（glial cell line-derived neurotrophic,GDNF）、S100β蛋白的表达水平，探讨血清GDNF表达水平与体外循环术后认知功能障碍（postoperative congnitive dysfunction, POCD)的关系，评价GDNF、S100β蛋白在体外循环POCD诊断中的价值，从而为POCD的诊断提供更多依据。

Objectives of Study：

Detect the extracorporeal circulation operation patients' serum glial derived neurotrophic factor (GDNF)and S100beta protein expression level of serum in perioperative peroid; find the relationship between POCD and them; thus providing more basis for the diagnosis of POCD; the diagnosisi effect of GDNFand S100beta protein in serum to the POCD with extracorporeal circulation operation。

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：①术前有明显认知功能异常者。②文化程度极低，无法配合完成量表者。③房室间隔缺损修补术或采用非体外循环手术者。④有颅脑外伤、精神、神经疾病史的患者。⑤拒绝或未能完成研究全程者，术后发生严重并发症导致苏醒延迟、其它精神异常、谵妄者。⑥未成年人。

Exclusion criteria：

1. preoperative have obvious cognitive function was abnormal;
2. the degree of culture is extremely low, unable to cooperate to complete inventory;
3. room with a ventricular septal defect repair or use of extracorporeal circulation operation;
4. has a history of craniocerebral trauma, mental, neurological diseases patients;
5. to reject or fail to complete the whole person, serious postoperative complications result in delayed awakening, other mental abnormality, delirium;
6. minors.
