研究目的：

尽管国际上对抑郁症的关注研究已经历经50 余年,但是抑郁症的发病及病理机制研究仍然缺乏重大突破。由于抑郁症临床表现极具复杂性和个性化，临床治疗及评价面临医学和文化的双重困难。并且，机制研究与临床疗效评价相互脱节、抗抑郁治疗药物在作用机制和途径上的单一性与抑郁症疾病特点并不相符。综上，抑郁症机理和临床研究亟待重视研究的同步性、整体性和实际价值。

Objectives of Study：

Although the international research focus on depression has experienced more than 50 years, the major breakthrough is still lacking in the pathological mechanism. Due to complexity and personalized manifestations of depression, clinical treatment and evaluation are facing the medical and cultural double trouble. And the disjointed of mechanism research and clinical curative evaluation, the inconsistent of single mechanism action of antidepressant and the disease characteristics in depression are both facing big challenging. To sum up，the mechanism and clinical research of depression are needed to be serious regarded in synchronicity and integrity.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.本研究开始前4周内曾参加过其他临床试验。
2.正在服用或本试验开始前2周内曾服用抗抑郁药物者。
3.脑部疾病，判定能力异常（韦氏量表小于90分者）
4.有其他系统的严重疾病需要治疗者。
5.有明显自杀倾向者。
6.患有其他精神疾患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Four weeks before the start of this study had participated in other clinical trials;
2. Taking or 2 weeks before the start of this test was taking antidepressant medication;
3. Brain disease, abnormal judgement ability (Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale is less than 90 points);
4. The system with other serious diseases need to be treated;
5. With apparent suicide intend;
6. Suffer from other mental disorders.

干预措施：	针刺组患者每周治疗2 次，每次30 分钟。选穴：电针采用本课题组前期研究证实有效的百会、印堂两个穴。配穴：太冲、内关、足三里、神门、三阴交。电针参数：频率20Hz，电流强度以皮肤轻微抖动为度。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	Acupuncture group of patients will be treated 2 times a week, 30 minutes per time.We use Yintang and Baihui witch are verified to be effective in our previous study, and the match points are Taichong, Neiguan, Zusanli, Shenmen, Sanyinjiao. The parameter of electric acupuncture: frequency of 20Hz. The current intensity is based on the slightly shaking in the skin.	Intervention code：

干预措施：	西药采用选择性五羟色胺再摄取抑制剂类（SSRIs），包括氟西汀，帕罗西汀，氟伏沙明，舍曲林和西酞普兰。服药剂量遵循医嘱，共治疗8周。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	We use SSRIs antidepressants including fluoxetine,Paroxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline and citalopram. The dosage was follow the doctor's advice.	Intervention code：
