研究目的：

提取听骨链振动的声学频率信号，转化为电信号。对提取的全频段信号进行补偿和处理，并研究适用于全植入人工耳蜗的新的信号分配方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To pick up the vibration acoustic frequency signals from ossicular chain and convert them to electrical signals with the new floating piezoelectric microphone designed and produced in our hospital. To compensate and process the full frequency electrical signals, and research the new processing strategy of the signals for the fully implantable cochlear implanted system.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.耳镜检查确认鼓膜异常。2. 听骨链对听力仍有贡献。3. 影像学颞骨CT显示测试耳中耳异常。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Tympanic membrane abnormal;
2. Ossicular chain still contribute to hearing;
3. CT shows abnormal middle ear.
