研究目的：

胸外科手术时常规需要进行单肺通气，手术侧肺不通气，且应保持塌陷状态，以便手术操作，如何促进患侧肺肺塌陷仍然是目前胸科麻醉的难点。本研究拟采用N2O组[O2+N2O（30% O2）]和O2组（100%O2）两组气体组合来进行双肺通气，观察比较单肺通气时患侧肺塌陷的情况。

Objectives of Study：

Collapse of the ipsilateral lung facilitates surgical exposure during thoracic procedures.We investigated the effects of two different gas mixtures during two lung ventilation on lung collapse during subsequent one lung ventilation: Nitrous Oxide/Oxygen (Fio2 0.3) and Oxygen (Fio2 1.0).

COPD的患者,气胸的患者，胸膜粘连的患者，右上肺开口过早的患者

Exclusion criteria：

COPD, pneumothorax, pleural adhesion and early take-off of the right upper lobe bronchus
