研究目的：

本研究的目的是通过测定脓毒症患者疾病进展不同时间点HLA-DR、TNF-α的表达量，分析在脓毒症的不同阶段，脓毒症患者的免疫系统功能状态；探讨以上标记物及其受体在脓毒症的不同阶段发挥的病理生理作用；并初步以脓毒症患者的免疫系统功能状态为界限，确定脓毒症患者的临床分期，以更好的指导临床治疗。

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is by testing the HLA-DR and TNF-alpha expression level of sepsis patients at different progessive time points, to analysis the immune system function of sepsis patients in didferent phases of sepsis, to explore the pathophysiological roles of above markers and their receptors in different phases; and initially using the immune system functional conditions of patients as the boundary，to determine the clinical stage of sepsis patients, to better guide clinical treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

? 患者患有免疫系统疾病，如HIV病毒感染、自身免疫系统疾病等
? 可能干预免疫系统功能状态检测的疾病：肿瘤、慢性病毒感染（人免疫缺陷病毒）
? 入院前大剂量服用皮质醇类激素（>200mg/d）或服用免疫抑制剂

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with immune system diseases, eg. HIV infection, auto-immune diseases;
2. with disease that might interfere with the functional status of the immune system: cancer, chronic virus infection (human immunodeficiency virus);
3. with high dose of corticosteroid (>200mg/d) or immunosuppressive agents before admission
