研究目的：

通过前瞻、多中心、随机、对照临床研究，比较mohs切除法与扩大切除法治疗IIIA期前的睑板腺癌的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

A prospective, multicenter, randomized controlled study of Mohs microsurgery versus wide local resection in treating sebaceous cell carcinoma of eyelid

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）组织病理诊断不明确
（2）IIIB期及以后的睑板腺癌
（3）严重心、肝、肾功能不全（心肌缺血或心肌梗塞、心律失常及心功能不全；ALT、AST≥正常值上限×2.5倍；肌酐≥正常值上限×1.5倍）
（4）患有重要或严重的眼部疾病
（5）确诊后不同意参加临床试验

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Without pathological diagnosed SCC;
(2) Sebaceous cell carcinoma patients after stage IIIB;
(3) Has abnormal cardiovascular, hepatic, renal function;
(4) Has other abnormal eye diseases;
(5) not willing to take part in the clinical trial;
(6) not willing to do the follow up accordingly or the duration of follow up is less than 2 years;
(7) Menstrual, pregnancy or breast-feeding;
(8) Tumor growth with discontinuous pattern;
(9) sebaceous cell carcinoma that has been previously treated;
(10) Took part in other clinical trials within three months.
