研究目的：

通过进行高效预警、优化治疗和预测转归的系统性研究，可为CIN进展的预防、干预措施的制定开拓新思路，为优化现行的CIN治疗规范提供可靠依据，最终降低宫颈癌的发生。

Objectives of Study：

Through effective early warning, optimization of treatment and predicting outcome of systematic research, for the prevention and intervention measures of CIN progress develop to explore new train of thought, to provide reliable basis for optimizing the existing CIN treatment specification, eventually reduce the occurrence of cervical cancer.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

凡出现以下任一情况的受试者不得入选本研究：
① 妊娠期妇女；
② 有子宫切除术史者；
③ 有宫颈及阴道病变治疗史者；
④ 其他恶性肿瘤患者；
⑤ 血液系统、消化系统疾病患者；
⑥ 近三个月内B族维生素使用者。

Exclusion criteria：

All the subjects under any circumstances shall not be included in this study:
Pregnant women;
Having a history of hysterectomy;
Having a history of cervical and vaginal lesions treatment;
Other malignant tumor patients;
Blood system, digestive system disease;
Having used B vitamins nearly three months.
